PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the current leaking through a case when the insulatability of insulating members holding piezoelectric elements and electrodes is deteriorated. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic vibrator transducer 10 is formed by putting the piezoelectric elements 812 and 822 and the minus electrodes 841 and 842 and the plus electrode 843 between the two insulating members 861 and 862, further, tightening these between two metallic blocks 881 and 882 by means of bolts 90 and interposing the grounding electrode 12 between the insulating member 862 and the metallic block 882. When the insulatability of the insulating member 862 is deteriorated, the leak current 11 flows from the minus electrode 842 to the insulating member 862 (deteriorated in the insulatability) and further to the grounding electrode 12.
