PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel tank device capable of improving effective use of a space in a fuel tank by devising layout in the fuel tank. SOLUTION: A fuel tank device is provided with a tank main body 10 for storing fuel F, a fuel pump 16 for pumping up fuel in the tank main body 10, and a canister 18 for housing an adsorbent 20 for adsorbing fuel evaporative gas generated in the tank main body 10, and the canister 18 is provided with introducing ports P1, P2 through which fuel evaporative gas generated in the tank main body 10 is to be introduced, a drain port P3 through which the atmosphere is to be introduced and a purge port P4 communicated with an engine intake pipe. The tank main body 10 has a saddle shape in which the bottom central part 14a projects upward, a fuel pump 16 is arranged on the main side 10A across the bottom central part 14A, and the canister 18 is arranged on the sub side 10B in the range in which pumping of the fuel pump 16 is not possible and also in the position lower than the bottom central part 14a.
