PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation device by which a base isolation device can be horizontally and precisely installed because the base isolation device must keep horizontality to sufficiently exhibit the function and an installation structure using the device. SOLUTION: In an installation device for installing a base isolation device, in which a concrete form and a grout form are arranged, surrounding an installation hardware, the installation hardware has a cruciform. A long nut 4 is fixed to the end of each side piece of the cruciform crossing at right angles. An upwardly projecting connection bolt 5 and a downwardly projecting adjuster bolt are fitted to the long nut 4 so as to be vertically adjustable. Further, an anchor bolt embedded in an earthen floor concrete is connected to the central crossing. The base isolation device is installed by the connection bolts. The base isolation structure is constituted of the base isolation device.
