<p>The panel has a small display screen and five multi-purpose push-buttons. The first two buttons (group) are an up/down pair which select a particular equipment or group of equipments within the controlled system, the name of the group appearing on the screen above the buttons. The second pair (item) are used similarly to select a controllable function. The third pair is used to select the value of the controlled function. When the operator is satisfied with the value displayed on the screen, he presses the fifth button (OK) and the change is made automatically and the question mark after the value on the screen is erased. The system has a translation memory (8) enabling the language of the display to be changed between several west Europena languages.</p> |
