PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent machining chips from depositing on the inside surface of the body of a cutter by installing there a chip discharging means and preclude the risk that the chips damage the peripheral surface of a pin or journal. SOLUTION: At a certain spacing in the circumferential direction, a plurality of tips 2 to groove a work 3 by undercut are installed on both sides of the inside surface of the cutter body 1 made in a ring form, and thus a crankshaft mirror for an internal cutter is completed, wherein the inside surface of the cutter body 1 is furnished with a chip discharging means 5 to discharge the chips having intruded into the cutter body 1 to the outside of the body 1 by the centrifugal force generated when the cutter body 1 rotates, wherein no risk exists such that chips are deposited on the inside surface of the cutter body 1, so that the surface of work 3 being machined is prevented from being damaged by the chips, and it is possible to enhance the quality of products.
