PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of accelerating hydrolysis of a resin such as an aliphatic polyester, etc., or restraining thermal deterioration with an additive which does not separate when mixed with the resin. SOLUTION: This resin compsn. comprises a block or graft copolymer (A) having a polyamino acid as a hydrophilic segment and a decomposable polymer as a hydrophobic segment, and a resin (B). And, this method of accelerating hydrolysis of a resin and restraining thermal deterioration is provided by mixing the copolymer (A) and the resin (B).
