PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluid coating-tool provided with a superior backflow prevention function and good coating properties, in which a flowing coating liquid formed by adding a coloring matter and the like in a volatile solvent of low polarity is not affected by change of atmospheric temperature. SOLUTION: A flowing coating liquid A containing a volatile organic solvent of low polarity having at least 1 mmHg of vapor pressure at 20 deg.C, and at most 10 of melting parameter δ is stored in a storage tube of a coating tool provided with the outflow control function for the flowing coating fluid on its end, and a gel-like movable stop B formed of water and a structural viscosity imparting agent, and further another gel-like movable stop C formed of a non-volatile oil selected from mineral oil, silicone oil, ester, polybutene and the like and a structural viscosity imparting agent are stored on the end of the flowing coating fluid A, and the inside of a rear storage tube of the gel-like movable cap C is released to the atmosphere. |
