PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for the labor to transfer information on the name or the like stated on the flank of a blood specimen collection appliance and to enable the use of the information on bar codes attached to the blood specimen collection appliance as it is. SOLUTION: This blood specimen collection tube is constituted by mounting a test tube 3 for subdivision at the outer side of the blood specimen collection tube 2 and forming the blood specimen collection tube 2 and the test tube 3 for subdivision as a pair of the devices. External threads are installed to the outer side of the aperture of the blood specimen collection tube 2 and internal threads are installed to the inner side of the aperture of the test tube 3 for subdivision. A coagulation accelerator, anticoagulant preparation or gelatinous blood separating material, or the like, are added into the blood specimen collection tube 2 and the blood specimen collection tube is well-stoppered with a rubber plug 1 after pressure reduction.
