PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finishing device for the surface of pavement capable of continuously adjusting short pitch corrugation occurring after the leveling surface finish without adjusting the short pitch corrugation by manpower in a pavement such as concrete, promoting product efficiency, saving manpower and improving labor environment or the like. SOLUTION: A finishing device of the surface of pavement is constituted of bearing members 12 and 13 borne by suspending them on a traveling body (surface finishing machine 1) traveling along the surface of pavement and a finish plate i4 of an elastically deformable thin plate press-contacted to the surface of pavement by suspending it on the bearing members 12 and 13 to bear. Then, the surface of pavement is finished by moving while dragging the finish plate 14 on the surface of pavement by traveling the traveling body.
