PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To close the overhang door while automatically retaining the door by inserting a trigger bolt into a case installed to the TOP-hinged swinging door and mounting a locking lever lowered, interlocking with the retreat of the trigger bolt and fitted and engaged to the fitting hole of a bracket set up to a floor face. SOLUTION: A trigger bolt 2 projected at all times by a spring 21 is inserted into a case 1 fitted to the top-hinged swinging door. A locking lever 31 lowered, interlocking with the retreat of the trigger bolt 2 and engaged with the fitting hole 41 of a bracket 4 on a floor face is attached. When the door is closed, the trigger bolt 2 is abutted against a door stop and retracted. Accordingly, the locking lever 31 is lowered, and engaged with the bracket 4, and the lower end of a door panel is retained. When the door is opened, the trigger bolt 2 is projected and the locking lever 31 is lifted, and engagement with the bracket 4 is released. Thus, the door is retained automatically and braced at the same time as the door is closed, and the retaining of the door can be released automatically at the same time as the door is opened.
