PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To change a parameter for feedback-controlling the engine speed according to the driving state. SOLUTION: This control device finds a sensitivity factor A of feedback control of the throttle opening (the intake air amount) in relation to dlne/dltha which is the ratio of the engine speed change amount dlne to the throttle opening change amount dltha, a sensitivity factor B of ignition timing feedback control, and a sensitivity factor C of fuel injection amount feedback control from a map (step 1005). It finds the execution throttle opening tha, the execution ignition timing ia and the execution fuel injection amount tau by multiplying respective sensitivity factors to the correction throttle opening mtha, the correction ignition timing mia, the correction fuel injection amount mtau (steps 1012, 1013 and 1014).
