PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapidly disintegrating solid preparation that is rapidly disintegrable, has a suitable strength and shows good mouth feeling. SOLUTION: This rapidly disintegrating solid preparation comprises (1) the medicinal components, (2) saccharides, and (3) a low substitution degree hydroxypropyl cellulose with a hydroxypropoxyl group content of 5-7 wt.%. Particularly, the medicinal component is voglibose, manidipine hydrochloride, pioglytazone hydrochloride, or candesartan cilexetil; the saccharide is mannitol, or erythritol and the solid preparation can be readily disintegrated with the saliva in the mouth cavity and with a small amount of water in the stomach. |
