PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To insert a handle part in an appropriate direction by means of a connector even in the presence of an obstruction to rotate bolts and nuts by fitting the connector provided with two horizontal and vertical different hole parts, to one end of a tool. SOLUTION: A connector provided with horizontal and vertical different hole parts 51, 50 is fitted to one end of an oil element wrench 1, and a connector provided with horizontal and vertical different hole parts 51, 50 is fitted to one end of a deformed extension bar 2. In use, a connecting protrusion 52 of the deformed extension bar 2 is inserted in the hole part 50 of the connector fitted to the oil element wrench 1, and a connecting protrusion 53 of a ratchet handle 3 is inserted in the hole part 50 of the connector fitted to the deformed extension bar 2, and rotated. With this constitution, even in the presence of an obstruction such as a pipe, a wire, a hose or wiring, a handle part can be inserted in an appropriate direction by means of the connector to rotate bolts and nuts.
