PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease the downtime of a terminal-equipped component manufacturing device by precluding burr generation at the cut face of each wire in case a pressure fitting terminal has such a structure that wire is fitted in by pressure and then cut, allowing continuous operation of fitting in, and using a rotary cutter having a long lifetime. SOLUTION: Wires 14 are paid out by a roller 12 and idler 13 in an amount corresponding to the pressure fitting and guided and held in the stop condition by a guide 15 having through-holes 17 and a groove 16 of a specified width perpendicularly intersecting the through holes 17. The body 1 is moved and pressure fitting is made, and a circular rotary cutter 50 having a width smaller than the specified value and borne rotatably is moved so as to pass the groove 16, and thus cutting is conducted.
