PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure an arranging position of a relief valve by effectively using a space of an inner periphery in a easing, and easily prevent oil leakage to the outside while controlling the increase of processing man-hours and the number of parts. SOLUTION: A hydraulic pump for supplying an oil pressure according to the rotation of a unit input shaft is provided. A discharging oil passage and a branch oil passage 145 for communicating with a discharging side of the hydraulic pump and a sucking oil passage 143 for communicating with a sucking side of the hydraulic pump are opened on an end surface 14A in an engine side of a casing 14. The discharging oil passage and the sucking oil passage are opened on a valve body attaching surface 14D provided on an inner periphery in the casing 14. A hole part 146 communicated with the branch oil passage 145 is formed by the valve body attaching surface 14D, and a relief valve 60 is housed in an inner periphery of the hole part 146.
