PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the gas-liquid separating function of a cutoff float valve by forming a diameter enlarged part at the upper part of the cutoff float valve provided near a part, connected to a communicating passage leading to an intake pipe, of a fuel tank, connecting the diameter enlarged part to the communicating passage, and inclining the bottom face of the diameter enlarged part with respect to a gravity axis. SOLUTION: A liquid level upper space 26c of a fuel tank 26 is connected to an intake pipe in a downstream position of a throttle valve by a communicating passage (an evaporated fuel passage) 34. A solenoid valve is interposed at the communicating passage 34, and a cutoff float valve 42 is provided near a part, connected to the communicating passage 34, of the fuel tank 26. A diarneter enlarged part 42e is formed at the upper part of the cutoff float valve 42. The diameter enlarged part 42e is connected to the communicating passage 34, and a bottom face 42f of the diameter enlarged part 42e is inclined with respect to a qravity axis 102. A gas-liquid separating function to infiltrating evaporated fuel and fuel is thereby improved, and sticking fuel can be easily returned to the fuel tank 26 since the bottom face 42f of the diameter enlarged part is inclined.
