PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily attach a fan shroud to a cooled body by arranging a receiving member on the cooled body such as a radiator in a vehicle, and forming a positioning means for restricting right and left directions of the fan shroud on an attaching edge part of the fan shroud inserted from an upper side into the receiving member. SOLUTION: Before a radiator 11 is mounted on a vehicle, a fan shroud 15 is disposed in a condition in which an engine fan 33 is stored in the fan shroud 15. An attaching edge part 19 of the fan shroud 15 is inserted from an upper side into a receiving member 21 arranged on an back surface side of the radiator 11 so as to perform positioning of a vertical direction. A protrusion part 27 of a positioning means 25 is positioned in the vicinity of an inner side of a reinforcing member 13, and the positioning of the right and left directions is performed. Since a hole part 13a of the reinforcing member 13 and a hole part 19b of the attaching edge part 19 are overlapped with each other, bolts 31 are penetrated into the hole parts 19b and 13a, and thereby, the fan shroud 15 can be fixed to the radiator 11.
