PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a hat to be precisely nipped at a prescribed position. SOLUTION: This frame 10 for a hat 1 has a receiving frame 11 to be inserted into the inner side of the hat 1, and a holding band 12 to be coiled around the outside of the hat 1. One terminal 12a of the holding band 12 is pivoted on a pivoting part 16 at the vicinity of the receiving frame 11, and the other terminal of holding band 12 is detachably latched to a latching part 17 at the vicinity of the receiving frame 11. A combination of a latching fragment 18 and a pair of regulating fragments 19 forming a V-shaped angel 20 in the side view between the both sides of the latching fragment 18 and the sides of the regulating fragments 19, and a ring 21 for latching the latching fragment 18, are relatively installed, and when the ring 21 is latched to the latching fragment 18, the ring 21 may not be shifted to the latching fragment 18 by being bitten into the V-shaped angle 20 in the side view.
