PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radical-curing resin composition having sufficient flame retardancy and alkali resistance. SOLUTION: A radical-curing flame-retardant composition comprising (A) a radical-polymerizable resin and (B) an amino compound having a triazine ring, wherein the content of the component B is 1-30 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. component A, and wherein the component A contains as an essential constituent a phosphorus-containing epoxy (meth)acrylate (c) obtained by reacting an acid phosphoric ester (meth)acrylate (a) with an epoxy compound (b).
