SOLUTION: In the case of executing laser beam machining at a position of machining a working object 4 by positioning laser beam from a laser oscillator 1 in the directions of X and Y by a galvanometer 2, when the laser beam is moved between a present position and a following position to be machined by detecting positions of laser beam machining locus with a position detector 6, the moving is executed by correcting positional errors with an arithmetetic unit 7.
