PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning bag body provided with a shower in which a user can be as extremely easily placed by changing user's position as in changing sheets as the user is laid on a bed. SOLUTION: Into a roughly oval bag body 1 of such a size as to contain a human body, a shower head 5 communicating with an external warm air supply means is inserted, the shower head 5 is operated on the outer side of the bag body 1 to clean the body of a physically handicapped person. A zipper opening 2 crossing the center of the bag body 1 along the longer axis of an oval form to it is provided, a plurality of cleaning work openings 8 are formed at least on one side of the opening 2, a watertight glove 9 or cylindrical body is disposed on the cleaning work opening to be protruded into the bag body 1, and a shower head entrance 6 in which a shower unit can be inserted is disposed close to a side part of the bag body 1.
