PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lightweight panel at a low cost by reinforcing a water- hardened object with a backing material such as a steel sheet smaller than the backing face of the hardened object and larger than the size of panel support legs. SOLUTION: A hardened object of a water-hardening composition is reinforced by a backing material to form this double-floor panel. The water- hardening composition is molded by pouring Portland cement into a panel of a prescribed size. polyacryate or the like may be blended as an admixture. A steel sheet or a metal mesh is used for the backing material, or a punching metal bored with holes on the steel sheet may be used. After the water- hardening composition is molded, backing and hardening are applied for connection, or it is composed by an adhesive after molding, curing and hardening. The shape of the backing material is made smaller than the backing face of the hardened object and equal to the size of the reception section of support legs used, thereby the cost is reduced, and the double-floor panel can be made lightweight without reducing load resistance and shock resistance.
