PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new oligonucleotide consisting of a target binding sequence such as AL48, AL46, AL42, AR48, AR46 and AR42 and a sequence required for an amplification reaction by optional selection and useful for amplification, detection, etc., of an Yersinia enterocolitica target in a sample. SOLUTION: This new oligonucleotide consists of a target binding sequence selected from the group consisting of AL48 (formula I), AL46 (formula II), AL42 (formula III), AR48 (formula IV), AR46 (formula V) and AR42 (formula VI) and a sequence required for an amplification reaction by optional selection and is useful as a nucleic acid primer, etc., for specific amplification of a yst gene target of Ersinia enterocolitica in order to determine the presence or absence of the bacterium in a patient, a food or water.
