PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the solidification of a heating element to solve the movement or the bias of the generated heat and improve the heat retaining property and fitting property by forming the heating element to be interposed between permeable surface and reverse sheets and generate heat by the contact with air by mixing a fiber having an average fiber length longer than the thickness of the heating element with a heating agent. SOLUTION: This warmer 1 comprises permeable surface and reverse sheets 2, 3 and a heating element 4 for generating heat by the contact with air interposed between them. The heating element 4 is formed by mixing a fiber 41 having an average fiber length longer than the thickness of the heating element 4 with a heating agent 42. When the average fiber length is smaller than the thickness of the heating element 4, the fiber 41 cannot be satisfactorily entangled in the heating agent 42 to deteriorate the performance for retaining the metal powder. The average fiber length of the fiber 41 is preferably set longer than the thickness of the heating element 4 by 0.1-100 mm. The mixing ratio of the fiber to the heating agent is preferably set to 0.05-10 pts.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the heating agent. According to this, since the fiber is fitted between the heating agents to prevent its solidification, the flexibility and fitting property can be improved.
|
