PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable delivery of a bracket and cover body in a integrally engaging state to an assembling line, and to hide head parts of mounting screws by the cover body. SOLUTION: The mounting flange 21 lower face of a bracket 20 is projectingly formed with a lock projecting part, while a cover body 40 is formed of a semi-hard or soft synthetic resin and has a cover part for hiding head parts of mounting screws 23. The inside surface of the cover part is formed with an elastic lock part rotatably fitted in and elastically engaged with the lock projecting part of the mounting flange 21 lower face. By turning the cover body 40 around the lock projecting part with the elastic lock part elastically engaged with the lock projecting part, an arrangement is switched between a mounting/dismounting position where the head parts of the mounting screws 23 are exposed and a hiding position where the head parts of the mounting screws 23 are hidden.
