<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure the safety of a spray can to an extreme extent by treating it in the water where a fire can not exist and to reutilize the can by effectively separating a can and the sealed matters therein to recover them. SOLUTION: In a can take-in section 1, spray cans 6 are taken into the water of a main device, while in a can crushing section 3, the cans 6 taken into the water are crushed by an underwater crusher 3a. And in a separation tank section 4, pieces of cans 6 and the contents of the crushed cans 6 are separated in a water tank, and in recovery sections 5a, 5b, 5c, separated matters such as LPG or ethanol, which were sealed in the cans, and chip-shaped pieces of the cans are recovered. Since cans are crushed in the water, inflammable matter such as LPG sealed in cans is not ignited and hence safety can be ensured. Since cans are crushed in the water, matters sealed in cans and crushed pieces of cans can be easily separated by utilizing the properties of water, and the separated matters can be effectively recovered for reutilization.</p> |
