<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carrying member which is light, easy to be used, very excellent in flexural rigidity, vibration damping characteristic and heat resisting characteristic, and fully appropriate for use in carrying a large base plate or the like in the high temperature environment. SOLUTION: This carrying member 1 has skin layers 11a and 11b made of CFRP(carbon fiber reinforced plastic) and a core layer 12 laminated. The skin layers 11a and 11b comprise a prepreg (a first CFRP layer) which is oriented in a angle rangeθ1 of -20 deg. to +20 deg. to a longitudinal direction (an X axis direction) of the carrying member 1 and contains pitch-based carbon fiber (a first carbon fiber) with tensile elastic modulus of 500-1000 GPa, and a prepreg (a second CFRP layer) which is oriented in a angle rangeθ2 of +75 deg. to +90 deg. and/or -75 deg. to -90 deg. to the longitudinal direction and contains PAN-based carbon fiber (a second carbon fiber) with tensile elastic modulus of 200-400 GPa.</p> |
