PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and firmly attach a sun-visor supporting member onto a ceiling panel inside an automobile cabin. SOLUTION: One end side of a hole for attaching a supporting member 1 is formed into a circular arc shape, and the other end side of it is formed into a straight line form. An engaging means provided in the supporting member 1 comprises the first - the fifth engaging parts 2E, 2B, 6, 2C. The first engaging part 2E is made to utilize a circumferential edge of a supporting part 2A for a sun-visor shaft 5A, and is formed into a shape same to the one end side engaged with the one end side of the hole hereinbefore. The second engaging part 2B is formed into a plate shape engaged with the other end side of the hole and having a shape same to the other end side. The third engaging part 6 presses elastically a circumferential edge of the hole. The fourth engaging part is composed of a protrusion engaged with a circumferential end edge of the hole. The fifth engaging part 2C is freely engageable with remaining sides, and is diameter-expanded by inserting an insertion member 3.
