PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new alycyclic acylated heterocycle compound excellent is selective antagonism to NK2 between/among plural tachykinin receptors and useful as an effective ingredient of a prophylactic or therapeutic agent for tachykinin intervening diseases. SOLUTION: This new compound is expressed by formula I or II [wherein R1 is a 3-7C cycloalkyl, a 3 to 7-membered saturated heterocyclic group or the like; R2 is an aryl or the like; A is methylene, carbonyl or the like; B is a single bond, a 1-4C alkylene or the like; D is O or S; G is a 1-4C alkylene or a 2-4C alkenylene; L is N (R3); R3 is an aryl or the like; R7 is a lower alkyl; Z is two Hs or O and; (n) is 0, 1 or 2] and is e.g. 1- 2-[(2R)-(3,4- dichlorophenyl)-4-(cyclopropanecarbonyl)morpholin-2- yl]ethyl}spiro[benzo[c]thiophene-1(3H),4-piperidine]-(2S)-oxide. The compound as an effective ingredient provide a prophylatic or therapeutic agent for tachykinin intervening diseases.
