<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow attaching/detaching of a part of a magnetic yoke and to prevent degradation in characteristics which follows it. SOLUTION: A current sensor device comprises an annular magnetic yoke 2 which, so provided as to enclose a current carrier 1, forms a magnetic path J for the magnetic flux, generated by the current which is to be measured and flows the current carrier 1, to pass, with a gap G provided to a part of it, and a magnetic sensor element 3 provided in the gap G of the magnetic yoke 2. The magnetic yoke 2 comprises a magnetic body 2M1, non-magnetic body 2N1, magnetic body 2M2, non-magnetic body 2N2, and non-magnetic body 2M3 arrayed along the magnetic path J. The magnetic yoke 2 is separated at the border part between the magnetic body 2M2 and the non-magnetic body 2N1 as well as the border part between the magnetic body 2M2, and the non- magnetic body 2N2.</p> |
