PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a set metal member for measuring interlayer displacement which can fix a block and a displacement gauge for measuring horizontal displacement of an upper story structural member via a wire surely to a lower story structural member, in a specified positional relation. SOLUTION: This set metal member 10 is connected with a displacement gauge 15 in which one end of a wire 12 whose other end is fixed to an upper story structural member is fixed to a lower story flower material 14 via a block, and measures interlayer displacement with the gauge 15, in a structure performance experiment of an architectural structure. In this case, the set metal member 10 consists of a base stand 17 composed of an L-shaped angle member whose one side part 16 is mounted and fixed on a lower story floor member 14, a block which is fixed to the other side part 18 of the L-shaped angle member, in one end portion of the base stand 17, a displacement gauge 15 which is arranged parallel to the block and is fixed to the other side part 18 and with which the other end of the wire 12 is connected, a spring 19 whose one end is connected with the gauge 15 and arranged, and a spring retaining segment 20 which is fixed on the other end portion side of the stand 17 and retains the other end of the spring 19.
