摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and device for flow rate measurement which can precisely measure the flow rate of fluid having pulsation without increasing the power consumption and the electronic gas meter which can accurately integrate and display gas consumption. SOLUTION: A pulsation cycle estimating means 14a-1 samples and measures the flow rate by a flow rate measuring means 14a-3 for a specific period in 1st sampling cycles T1 to estimate the pulsation cycle of the flow rate. A sampling cycle determining means 14a-2 finds a 2nd sampling cycle T3(=T2/n, where n>=2) of the flow rate measuring means 14a-3 from the pulsation cycle T2. A flow rate measuring means 14a-3 samples and measures the flow rate for a period which is an integral multiple of the pulsation cycle in 2nd sampling cycles T3 to find a mean flow rate and a flow rate integrating means 14a-4 integrates the mean flow rate from the flow rate measuring means 14a-3 to find an integrated flow rate. A display means 15 displays the integrated flow rate from the flow rate integrating means 14a-4.
