PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for improving the quality of an image obtained by reconfiguration. SOLUTION: In the RI-imaging device, a measurement means for measuring the number of radiations that are emitted from a radioactive isotope being administered to a specimen on a two-dimensional plane that is defined by X and Y axes is rotated around a subject 108 for measuring the two-dimensional RI image of the subject 108, the two-dimensional RI image is converted into frequency space for performing filtering processing, and the sectional image of the subject 108 is reconfigured from the two-dimensional RI image after the filtering processing. The RI-imaging device is provided with an approximation means for calculating the approximation function of high-frequency components based on a count value distribution curve when the number of measured radiations is converted into the frequency space and a means for setting the cut-off frequency of a filter for performing the filtering processing based on the approximation function and the count value distribution curve.
