PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a regenerating means for carrier waves and for data lock corresponding to frequency variation of a receive carrier wave signal by synchronously regenerating a carrier wave frequency on the basis of digital data obtained by binarizing the amplitude variation of the carrier wave. SOLUTION: In a signal amplitude detector 20, a receive carrier wave signal (a) detects the signal amplitude of a received signal for a certain period. An amplitude level binarizing circuit 21 determines whether the receive signal amplitude exceeds a previously set threshold and outputs data having a binary value. Then a frequency divider 10 performs 1/M frequency dividing, so that an output waveform is temporally halved to high and low levels and generates data to be inputted to a phase comparator 100. With one clock, the data after 1/N frequency division by a frequency divider 10d having a frequency division ratio derived according to the relation among the output frequency from a voltage-controlled oscillator 102, carrier wave frequency and data clock frequency are inputted to the phase comparator 100. |
