PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a community receiving device that has a simple terminal structure, and to/from which a circuit unit can be easily attached/detached and has a high current capacity without deteriorating a high frequency transmission characteristic. SOLUTION: A upright plate 10 that is stood upright toward the opening of a housing 1 is adopted for an inner terminal formed in the housing 1 and a guide wall 13, that guides the insertion of a terminal of an opposite circuit unit, is provided around the plate 10, and a shielding wall 11 formed integrally with the housing 1 is placed around it. The terminal of the circuit unit is formed to a lower face of a printed circuit board 9, a clamp 17 clamping the upright plate 10 is projected, and a ground pattern in close contact with the upper face of the shield wall 11 is provided around the clamp 17.
