PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image display control device capable of preventing lack of information to be displayed and the occurrence of a blanking part, and capable of reducing burn-in of a display screen. SOLUTION: This image display control device 1, when detecting that an input image does not change during a prescribed period by a static image detection part 15 and a time measuring part 16, changes a resolution an image signal to reduce it by a resolution conversion part 12, and executes gray display on a blanking part by a blanking specifying part 13. The image display control device 1, when detecting that the input image does not change furthermore during a prescribed period by the static image detection part 15 and the time measuring part 16, moves the reduced image and display data of the blanking part by a position changing timing control part 14. |
