PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circularly polarized wave exciting dipole antenna the configuration of the feeding system of which is simple, that is easily manufactured with high reliability and has an excellent characteristic. SOLUTION: Center dipole antenna elements (10), (20) having a feeding point in the middle are formed in the circularly polarized wave exciting dipole antenna formed by printing a thin film strip conductor on a dielectric board (13) in a prescribed pattern and 1st and 2nd side dipole antenna elements (11, 12), (21, 22) with a prescribed length are loaded in both sides of the elements (10), (20) at a right angle to the center dipole antenna elements (10), (20).
