PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To apply a proper explanation to the operation performed by an operator based on information concerning an observer such as the knowledge of the observer, viewpoints at the time of performing observation. SOLUTION: When an operator operates (S1) teaching materials in an operation by study environment realizing means, the operation type study environment realizing means transfers an operation log indicating the history of operations to an observation type study environment realizing means and this means receives the operation log and stores the operation log (S2) and this means generates some topics to be explained by analyzing the contents of operation based on the operation log (S3). Then, a topic to be explained to an observer is selected among the topics generated in S3 (S4) by referring to personal information stored for every observer. Explanation sentences are generated based on the topic selected by S4. The operation of the operator is reproduced based the operation log and explanations generated in S5 are applied to the operation in accordance with the reproduction to be outputted to the observer (S6).
