PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To dissolve erythrocytes and to selectively dissolve a secondary population of leucocytes by using a dissolution reagent composition containing ethoxy long chained amine compound, a 14C quaternary ammonium salt and an acid. SOLUTION: An ethoxy long chained amine compound has a composition represented formula I, in which R is a 12-22C alkyl, an alkenyl or an alkinyl group, (m) and (n) are respectively integers satisfying m+n=20-40, and its concentration is about 0.05-0.8%. The 14C quaternary ammonium salt has a composition represented by formula II, in which R1 is a 14C alkyl, an alkenyl or an alkinyl group, R2 and R3 are each a 1-4C alkyl group, and its concentration is about 0.15-0.4%. As an acid preferably used with these, formic acid, citric acid, oxalic acid and the like, or their mixture can be used, its concentration is about 0.05-1.0%, and pH of the dissolution reagent is about 1.8-2.5. Furthermore, to improve the shelf life, an antiseptic agent having anti-oxidizing characteristic and antibacterial characteristic is added. |
