PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To appropriately correct a camera shake by holding a parameter showing relation between the deflection angle of luminous flux and applied voltage to an individual wedge prism used for a camera shake correcting device mounted on optical equipment such as a camera and correcting the shake correction amount based on the shake amount detected in the case of correcting a shake by using the parameter. SOLUTION: By using a parameter showing the relation between the deflection angle of the luminous flux and the voltage applied to the wedge prism 20 which is stored in an EEPROM, applied voltage data in accordance with the detected shake amount and read out, the voltage to which temperature correction is performed is applied to the prism 20, and the refractive index of the prism 20 is changed to deflect the luminous flux in a direction opposite to a shake direction, whereby the camera shake is corrected in this camera shake correcting device. By the parameter, the voltage is applied to the prism 20 so as to change the refractive index and the relation between the inclination of the luminous flux and the applied voltage according to how much the luminous flux is inclined from the irradiating position of reference luminous flux in an imaging device is obtained and stored in the EEPROM as a data table. |
