PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low inductance electrical connector for connecting an electrical part with a circuit board. SOLUTION: This device comprises a horizontal base 104, a slot 108 storing an end edge of an electrical part, and a housing having multiple terminal cavities 110, and has multiple conductive terminals 112 having a tail part 116 extending from the base 104, and an elastic contact part 114 installed on the terminal cavities 110. The contact part 114 is structured to have overall length as short as possible. The contact part 114 has an approximately flat body extending almost vertically in the terminal cavity, and a bump 122 formed on the body extending inward in the slot 108.
