PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable reproducing programs in order of frequency with which reproduction is performed in the past. SOLUTION: When an optical disk 1 in which plural programs are stored is reproduced, access frequency indicating the access frequency with which access is performed for each program is obtained by a control section 5, and it is written in the optical disk 1. At the time of a mode in which a program is reproduced in order of the accessed frequency, the control circuit 5 reads out the access frequency from the optical disk, and reads out programs from the optical disk 1 in order of the access frequency.
