An axially fixed adjuster screw (1) connects and rotates with the first component and has a thread (2) engaging with a thread (3) in either the second component or a guiding part (4) connecting with the latter. A drive unit (7) for the screw or the screw itself includes a clutch coupling (8). Independent claims are made for: a) the plastic clutch coupling (8) comprising first (15) and second (16) parts, one of which has a sprung ring around the outside with an first mechanism engaging with a second mechanism on the other part (16); b) a process for manufacturing the clutch coupling in which the two parts are molded in different plastic materials in different tools and the first coupling part forms part of the second mold.
