Line connections for hybrids and modules

A flexible line connects a contact surface of a fixed carrier (1). At least one contacting point is formed on a flex-material (FF) in such a way that a conductor path (LB) is fixed to the flexible material. A short conductor path (KLB) is applied on the side of the conductor path facing opposite the flexible material. The conductor path and the short conductor path are connected by a plated-through contact in the region of the contacting point. The thickness of the flexible conductor line is preferably increased in the region of a pluggable connector.
