The controller has at least one bypass chamber (30) in the valve head (9) for the process of distributing the pressurized medium with an inlet for the medium and valves (19,20), whereby the valves are suitable for alternate distribution of pressurized medium to one or other inputs of the rotation motor depending on the use of a force either from the side of the traction element (1) or from the opposite side.
