To protect a fat which is sensitive to oxidation, or a foodstuff or cosmetic product containing a fat which is sensitive to oxidation, a mixture of tocopherol, ascorbic acid and lecithin is used. Such a mixture is especially effective for protecting oils which are rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids. |
