Threadlike heating and air-conditioning element (5) are placed against side (4) of supporting wall (1). Accumulating and diffusing thermal body (9) has elongated shape so as to define gutter where threadlike element can be inserted. Thermal body is placed on side (4), covering partially length of threadlike element. Threadlike element can be polymer pipe containing heating fluid, or heated electric cable. An Independent claim is also included for the use of the heating and air-conditioning system in a room.
