PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blown gas heating furnace which can always be maintained at a fixed temperature with a small quantity of fuel. SOLUTION: A blown gas heating furnace is constituted of a pedestal 10 having a burner fitting hole in its upper surface and an internal hollow section 5, a supply pipeline which is laid in the hollow section 5 of the pedestal 10 for supplying a blown gas, and a burner 14 which is connected to the supply pipeline and installed upward through the burner fitting hole. The furnace is also constituted of an adjusting valve 13 which is connected to the supply pipeline and adjusts the feed rate of the blown gas to an appropriate value, a heat generating section 30 which is constituted by alternately vertically and horizontally piling up ceramic blocks on the pedestal 10 at the position corresponding to the burner fitting hole, and an external wall which is provided on the outer periphery of the heat generating section 30 and is composed of BAKUHANSEKI (granite porphyry). In addition, the furnace is also constituted of a lid 37 which is put on the external wall 33 and composed of BAKUHANSEKI. A discharge port is made through the lid 37 to discharge the steam which is generated when the blown gas is burnt.
