SOLUTION: An auxiliary handling truck 23 freely movable in the radius direction is installed on a disc-shaped platform 10, moved to a prescribed position and fixed. Then, a table 36 is raised by a vertically moving mechanism 33, and an acceptance seat 29 is set to a motor unit 8 of a handling object. If fine adjustment of the position is necessary, the acceptance seat 29 is shifted by a slide position adjusting mechanism 26. If phase adjustment of a flange is necessary, for example, in the case of mounting the motor unit 8 or the like, the acceptance seat 29 is turned by a rotary position adjusting mechanism 25. Thereafter, a fixing bolt is removed by a tool, and the table 36 is lowered to complete dismounting of the motor unit 8. The dismounted motor unit 8 is loaded on an attachment truck 17, delivered to a cart 16, and carried out to a repair room outside a nuclear reactor pressure vessel 1.
