The invention concerns microgranules insoluble in gastric fluid containing a gastric proton pump inhibitor except omeprazole comprising each an active layer containing the active principle and an external layer providing insolubility in gastric fluid. The invention is characterised in that the active layer and the layer providing insolubility in gastric fluid contain each a hydrophobic substance selected to increase the storage stability of the microgranules and characterised in that the microgranules are free of any alkaline compound and of any ionic surfactant.
